Science and technology program supporting tactics based on high and new technology industry cluster life cycle

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the guidance and support of Science and Technology (S&T) program, the optimal allocation realization of S&T innovation resources for the high and new technology industry cluster is an effective way to enhance the S&T innovation competence of industry cluster. The characteristics of different stages in industry cluster life cycle are analyzed, and the method to judge which stage the cluster belongs to is designed, as well as the S&T program supporting tactics and related suggestions are put forward. The purpose for doing so is to offer references promoting S&T innovation resource optimal allocation of industry cluster and accelerating the self-innovation.
