Abstract: The effects of knowledge integration have become more and more important. By focusing on this topic, a framework about the approaches of knowledge integration is proposed. The framework includes three types of implementation path for the integration, that is, knowledge forms, knowledge main bodies, and knowledge platforms. Combined with the case study of Haier Group, the approaches for the knowledge integration are analyzed deeply.
