Abstract:     factors is an important and also forward topic. But there are a few of research on this topic which is more important to the companies. Therefore a demonstration research on the quantitative apportionment is very important; an optimum scheme for income apportionment of technological factors is designed. Finally, to test the research result, typical technological company in Zhejiang Province is selected for the feasibility investigation of the scheme. It has brand-new instructional and practical significance for the improvement of the technical key elements participating in the distribution of profits.
