An empirical study on individual beharior, peformance, and welfare under the influence of organizational commitment

Abstract:     Based on a sample composed of 489 subjects from 6 enterprises in Beijing, the main effects and the moderating effects of the three components of organizational commitment on individual behavior, performance, and the personal welfare are examined. Results showed that the three components of orgallizational commitmeent have significant impact on some of manner and bellaviour variables and the interaction between these dimensions affect the intension to resign, organizational citizen behavior, and conflict of working family notably.
