Abstract: Performance structure has been a hot topic in the literature since in 1980s, especially in 1990s. Following the frontier trends, a through elaboration on performance structure theories is made from the nature of individual performance, factors of performance structure, related model study, and the managers’ performance structure. Finally, some comments are provided for the future study in this field.
