Integrating into the global value chains has been the most important way for enterprises in China to squeeze into the global market and upgrade their positions. The governance of global value chain is the main factor that affects the upgrading of enterprises. The relationship between the dynamics of the governance of global value chain and the upgrading of enterprises are mainly discussed, and then some suggestions about that Chinese enterprises integrate with the global value chain are given.
