The patent intelligence analysis is the basis for developing patent strategy for high-tech enterprise. The framework of patent strategy of high-tech enterprise is constructed and its content as well as the relation between patent strategy and patent intelligence analysis is studied systematically, in order to induct the development of patent strategy for high-tech enterprise and provide service for the improvement of enterprise core competitiveness and self-innovation of intellectual property.
