Abstract

Based on the relative literature, a conceptual model of critical success factors for New Product Development(NPD) projects is built. After analyzing the effect of enterprise innovation strategies on critical success factors for NPD projects, six hypothesizes are proposed. By the questionary survey data gathering from the 97 domestic enterprises, a statistics analysis is carried on, and these hypothesizes have been confirmed.
