Under this circumstance, Chinese enterprises should take fully advantage of the successful experience of operation on technological standard through patent pool by foreign enterprises. The operation modes and effects of GSM-Motorola and MPEG-2 patent pools are analyzed. Chinese enterprises could draw on the practice for their operation on own technological standard through patent pool.
