Abstract

In recent years, academe has paid more and more attentions to knowledge. And many theoretical and methodological researches have been done from the different perspectives. The organization learning mechanism is used to analyze and open out the internal mechanism of organizational knowledge creation. Meanwhile, in order to portray its formation mechanism from the self-determined innovation perspective the relation model between self-determined innovation and organizational knowledge creation is setup. A train of thoughts for enterprises to create organizational knowledge is put forward.
