The focus of the theory of firm growth mechanism is on how firms achieve growth.There are mainly three modes and mechanisms of firm growth,namely organic growth,acquired growth and network based growth.And these three mechanisms are matched with the strategic thoughts of firm resource based schools,environment schools,resources dependence schools,and clusters schools respectively.
