Abstract: The methods of regression and co-integration and Granger causality test are adopted to do empirical research on relationship between FDI and economy growth,FDI and industry structure optimizing,FDI and Total Factor Productivity(TFP).It is found that FDI promotes neither economy growth,nor industry structure optimizing in Wuhan city.FDI and TFP have a causality relationship.As a whole,technology spillover effect of FDI is very low because that industry absorbed FDI is not reasonable and quality of labor is not high.At last,countermeasures of FDI development of Wuhan city are put forward.
