Learning from strategy management theory and multi-objective decision making theory,a model evaluating and selecting transformation patterns for development-type institutes is put forward.The selection thought way of transformation patterns is discussesed.And based on giving the applicability evaluation index system of transformation patterns,the quantitative selection scheme in the selection model based on applicability evaluation for transformation patterns is designed.Based on confirming the feasibility and acceptability evaluation index system,applying ELECTRE sequence method,the quantitative optimization scheme of transformation patterns based on feasibility and acceptability evaluation is explored.Finally,in order to make the demonstration,a certain institute for example is taken and the selection results and suggestions of transformation patterns are given.
