Abstract

Allocation of value chain deals with the distribution of economical benefits among different enterprises, geographic regions, as well as countries. With the help of traditional economics theories, this article analyses economically the mechanisms of value chain allocation from the point of view of value chain production methods, organizational styles, regional divisions and location selection, sets forth the rules of value chain allocation, and concludes that the industrial clusters conform the rational allocation of value chain.
