Research on the relationship of different corporate cultures and knowledge-worker's psychological empowerment

Abstract: In order to explore an effective approach to motivate knowledge-worker, the paper reviews the research finding, and points out the lacks of these researches. Then the authors draw a theory model ,and analyze the relationship of person orientation culture , task orientation culture and knowledge-worker's psychological empowerment , the authors wish to give some theory guidance for corporate to improve knowledge-worker's effectiveness.
