Study on E-Government's public satisfaction evaluation

Abstract: The core element and target of E-government is to improve the ability to meet the public needs. Thus the critical factor to evaluate E-government is the public satisfaction. The article compares the several models to evaluate E-government and infers a method that based public satisfaction.
