Abstract: Palermo's law comes from branch obstacles and bureaucratism n a traditional function organization, which leads to advantages of ignoring customers and an organization inefficiency and doesn't meet the customer needs in rapid, dynamic, flexible, excellent ways. The article studied on the reasons on fault value flow and an empirical study on measures and ways of value reengineering and overcoming Palemo's Law in Levono Group Limited.
