Abstract: Based on the innovation theory and synergetics, by investigation of the twenty years of Haier's development, the article studies of firm's innovation synergy and its dynamic evolvement from theoretical and positive views. And three synergic modes: technology innovation domination, institution innovation domination and co-innovation of technology and institution domination and their dynamic evolvement are brought forward in the article.
