A research of strategic change on definition and measurement methodology

Abstract: Until now researches on the corporate strategic change have become very mature. However, these researches seldom can be seen in domestic. Even if exist, these researches mostly are qualitative. The authors contend that reason lies in absence of the definition and measurement methodology repertory. From the beginning of definition of strategy, the authors discuss what the strategic change should comprise. Based on these, the authors induce the four perspectives and four measurement methods. At last, the authors put forward with the special utilization of strategic change measurement in China.
