Abstract: Starting from the traditional management model of construction project, this paper analysed some drawbacks briefly caused by artificial separation. Learning from the basic thought of the supply chain management (SCM), the SIPOC model (Suppliers—Input—Process—Output—Customers) of the construction project integration is proposed, and how to carrying on SIPOC model within the inter-construction project is discussed deeply. According to the different stage of project implementation, the dynamic united organization is established, which is composed by construction participants and undertakes corresponding responsibility. Through the united organization, the single participant activity and project group's work are combined and optimized, and the seamless link between different procedures of construction project is supported through the dynamic adjust. Based on the reality of construction project, the key-leading group of the dynamic united organization is analyzed. Finally, the application and benefits of this model is illuminated combining the development practice of Shenzhen Benyuan Building.
