Abstract: This paper researches the impact on strategic change possibility of organization resource, expresses the inertia factor of the strategic change through the reorganization cost of resources, expresses the flexible factor of strategic change with prospective earnings of the strategic change, utilizes the normality method to draw the square picture which expresses the possibility influence on the strategic change of organization resource. The conclusion makes this article helpful in solving the differences existed in prior studies.
