数字孪生拓展制造企业价值场景的模式和机制——基于双案例的探索性研究

数字孪生拓展制造企业价值场景的模式和机制——基于双案例的探索性研究

摘要

数字孪生搭建了现实和虚拟世界的桥梁,被广泛运用于制造企业生产服务中。然而,数字孪生推动制造企业形成新价值场景的过程还有待探索。本研究基于嵌入性理论,采用探索性的双案例研究方法,归纳案例企业明珞和美的楼宇科技在智能制造和智慧建筑领域的实践智慧,探讨数字孪生拓展制造企业价值场景的模式和机制。研究发现:第一,数字孪生拓展制造企业价值场景的基本逻辑包括要素构成和空间交互,其中,资产、人、数字孪生体构成三大要素,分别映射在物理空间、社会关系和数字空间中。第二,数字技术拓展制造企业价值场景的模式可以总结为流程式拓展和并列式拓展,流程式拓展以明珞为代表,核心逻辑为基于产线和生产流程将三大要素嵌入虚拟世界,拓展产品的生命周期的价值场景。第三,并列式拓展以美的楼宇科技为代表,核心逻辑为基于建筑将三大要素映射到虚拟世界,抽象出交通流、信息流、体验流和能源流等,拓宽工业边界。本文丰富了数字创新、场景创造和嵌入性理论相关研究,为制造企业进行数字化转型提供了理论和实践参考。

Abstract

Digital twins build a bridge between the real and virtual worlds and are widely used in manufacturing enterprises' production services. However, it remains underexplored how digital twins drive the creation of new value scenarios within these enterprises. This study, grounded in the embeddedness theory, employed an exploratory dual case study approach to distill the practical insights of Mino and Midea Building Technologies in the domains of intelligent manufacturing and smart buildings. The study found that: first, expanding value scenarios through digital twins relies on a fundamental logic that includes the composition of elements—assets, people and digital twins—mapped to physical space, social relations, and digital space, and their interactions. Second, two primary expansion models are identified: the process-based model and the parallel model. In the process-based model, exemplified by Mino, elements are embedded into the virtual world through production lines and processes, extending the value activities of the production line and the product lifecycle. Third, the parallel expansion, represented by Midea Building Technologies, centers on the core logic of mapping three key elements into the virtual world based on buildings, abstracting traffic flow, information flow, experience flow, energy flow, and others, thereby broadening the industrial boundaries. This study will enrich research on digital innovation, scenario creation, and embeddedness theory, and offer theoretical and practical references for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.

Human life is dependent upon the natural environment, which, most would agree, is rapidly degrading. Business enterprises are a dominant form of social organization and contribute to the worsening, and enhancement, of the natural environment. Scholars in the administrative sciences examine questions spanning organizations and the natural environment but have largely omitted the information systems perspective. We develop a research agenda on information systems innovation for environmental sustainability that demonstrates the critical role that IS can play in shaping beliefs about the environment, in enabling and transforming sustainable processes and practices in organizations, and in improving environmental and economic performance. The belief–action–outcome (BAO) framework and associated research agenda provide the basis for a new discourse on IS for environmental sustainability.

针对当前元宇宙的发展态势和理论研究,本文重新界定了元宇宙的概念内涵。元宇宙的样态本源可追溯至数字化数据,其技术源头则是各类数字化数据生成技术。根据数字样态的作用场域和虚实世界互动过程的主体跨域性等两个拓扑维度,可将元宇宙划分为四类阶段性形态:纯数字化 世界、数字孪生世界、虚实互构世界和虚实协同世界。将元宇宙置于数字样态的整体演进历程中发现其四种发展形态之间的演化机理,即,纯数字化世界与传统网络空间紧密相关而成为元宇宙创新的首选之地,数字孪生世界的元宇宙侧重于工业实在世界,虚实互构世界综合了纯数字化世界和数字孪生世界的结构与功能,虚实协同世界则是人类数字化观念革新的驱使下虚实互构世界的高级形态。本文澄清了元宇宙的概念内涵、形态发展与演变机理,为后续的产业政策制定和治理体系建构提供了学理基础。

In view of the current development trend and theoretical research of the metaverse, this paper redefines the conceptual connotation of the metaverse. The origin of the metaverse can be traced back to digital data, and its technological source is various digital data generation technologies. According to two topological dimensions, such as the field of action of the digital form and the inter-domain nature of the interaction between the virtual and the real world, the metaverse can be divided into four types of staged forms: pure digital world, digital twin world, virtual-real co-construction world and virtual-real collaborative world. Putting the metaverse in the overall evolution process of the digital form, we found the evolution mechanism between its four development forms. That is, the pure digital world is closely related to the traditional cyberspace and has become the first choice for metaverse innovation, and the digital twin world focuses on the industrial real world. The virtual-real co-construction world integrates the structures and functions of the pure digital world and the digital twin world, and the virtual-real collaborative world is an advanced form of the virtual-real co-constructed world which is driven by the innovation of human digital concepts. This paper clarifies the conceptual connotation, form development and evolution mechanism of the metaverse, and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent industrial policy formulation and the construction of the governance system of the metaverse.

数字孪生技术为车间生产全生命周期的监控和自主决策预测提供理论结构框架,推进车间数字化、智能化转型。从数字孪生架构体系的物理实体融合、数据交互、虚拟实体搭建、模型自主更新以及决策预测五个方面,针对实际车间普遍存在的数据交互延迟和物理空间动态扰动问题,搭建大数据环境下基于状态转移的数字孪生车间模型体系架构,提出基于状态的孪生模型自适应更新策略方法和考虑工件优先级、返修和插单的自决策调度算法。结合加工过程产生的阶段数据和历史大数据,更新数字孪生模型的数据结构和运行规则,同步实际生产状态,提供合理的再调度策略,获得可信的生产预测结果。以某航空非标产品机加为例,搭建所提出的数字孪生模型,利用状态间隔产生的数据更新模型,生成和验证返修件再调度方案,证明了数字孪生模型的有效性。

Digital twin technology provides a theoretical structural framework for monitoring and autonomous decision-making and forecasting throughout the production lifecycle of the workshop, promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of the workshop. The digital twin architecture system is built from five aspects: physical entity fusion, data interaction, virtual entity construction, autonomous model update, decision, and prediction in a big data environment. The architecture solves the problems of data interaction delays and dynamic perturbations in physical space that are common in real workshops. The architecture of a digital twin workshop model based on state transfer in a big data environment is built. State-based twin model adaptive update strategy approach and self-decision scheduling algorithms considering artefact priority, rework, and insertion orders were proposed. The data structure and operating rules of the digital twin model are updated by combining the stage data generated by the process with historical big data. Synchronize the actual production status to provide a rational re-scheduling strategy and obtain credible production forecasts. Taking the processing of an aerospace non-standard product as an example, the proposed digital twin model is built, and the data generated by the state interval is used to update the model, generate and validate a re-scheduling solution for reworked parts, and prove the effectiveness of the digital twin model.
