Abstract:     Abstract: Transactive memory system is a hot issue in the field of team cognitive research. The relationship between transactive memory system and team creativity is examined. The hypotheses are given and following results are found, that is, among the three dimension of transactive memory system (1) Specialization and coordination dimensions are positively related to the team creativity, but credibility dimension has nothing to do with team creativity. (2) Knowledge sharing mediated the relationship between the coordination and creativity. The implications of these results for research and practice were discussed.
