Abstract: For the dynamicsof knowledge sharingandvariety of knowledge structure within organizations, in this paper, knowledge-sharing games are divided into four kinds according to knowledge diversityand knowledge structure. Based on this, a single-group and a multi-group dynamicgame model are built to analyze the Evolutionary Stable Strategies (ESSs) and their stability domain of these models, and results show that the completion of knowledge sharing of an organization depends on incentive policy, knowledge structure and initial state of knowledge sharing, and sharing knowledge while meeting the binding of stability domain may be the ESS. These results can provide theoretical guide and decision support for an organization to realize high level knowledge sharing.
