The influential factors of returning willingness for overseas S & T talents

Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey on 1,123 overseas S & T talents distributing in 27 states, their occupational condition and psychology are deeply caught, and the relevant key variables are found out. It could be clearly seen from the statistical data that the returning willingness for overseas S & T talents has reached up to 68.9 percent, and meanwhile only 9.1 percent of them clearly express the opposite willingness. It is worth noting that individual trait, experiences of overseas study, career development, and the closeness of relation with motherland are critical factors of returning willingness for overseas S&T talents.
