The influential factors of knowledge flow coupling between product innovation andprocess innovation based on manufacturing enterprises

Abstract: Based on both domestic and international existing research achievements, especially under the knowledge flow coupling circumstance of manufacturing enterprise product innovation and process innovation, the influential factors of knowledge flow coupling are in-depth analyzed, the corresponding hypothesis is accordingly proposed, a theoretical model of manufacturing enterprise product innovation and process innovation knowledge flow coupling is constructed. The 201manufacturing enterprises in China are chosen as the research objects in the questionnaire survey, and the structural equation model is used to verify the hypotheses. The results show that knowledge flow coupling efficiency is positively correlated with the degree of knowledge flow coupling, organization environment, knowledge transfer mode, and knowledge node characteristics, but the efficiency is negatively correlated with the knowledge characteristics, it is worth to point out that organization environment has the biggest influence on knowledge flow coupling efficiency.
