Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, the most widely used bibliometric indicators for the quality of academic publications are all citation-based, like total citations, or average citations. However, it is well known that citations are affected by many factors other than the quality of the publications. Thus it is useful to measure the quality of publications from different point of views.
