A study on cultural impact upon top management team of joint ventures

Abstract: The cultural conflict and team process in joint ventures are analyzed.Firstly,the importance of cultural difference influence upon top management team is emphasized.Secondly in order to explain the contradiction of previous studies,a dynamic evolution model of management team is set up.Finally,the cultural impact upon the three phases of team evolution process,such as establishing team structure,conflict resolution,and cohesion enhancing is analyzed.And managerial suggestion is also raised.
