On the Impact Mechanism of Team leadership on Team Performance

Abstract: More and more organizations have discovered that teams offer an effect way to improve organization performance. Firstly, the intensions of team, team leader and team performance are analyzed. Secondly, the impact mechanism of different types of team leaderships on team performance is discussed, which take the three up-to-date leadership theories, that is, transactional leadership, transformational leadership and paternalistic leadership, as the research objects.
