Abstract: Abstract: The model involving the relationship between new product demand scale, market competition, and innovation capability is constituted and experiential analyses are conducted. The results show that new product demand impulses innovation. With a market monopolization buildup, the innovation capability will be baffled. Policy meanings based on the experiential results are that China should make the best use of huge market demand, cultivate emulous market structure, and accelerate innovation.
