Abstract: Abstract: In the era of knowledge-based economy, the mode of cooperative innovation based on knowledge sharing and knowledge trasferring is adopted by innovative corporations, intellectual property risk induced by lack of credit become the obstacle to innovation. The risk is analysed from the perspective of information economy, the causes are explored and the relative precaution measures are put forward.
