An empirical study on intellectual property risk and innovation alliance formation performance: The moderating effects of swift trust

Abstract: The intellectual property risk affects the formation of the innovation alliance and hinders its sustainable development. Firstly, based on the literature review, this paper defines the formation performance of innovation alliance, and gives a theoretical study of the role of swift trust in addressing intellectual property risk and innovation performance. Secondly, using Structural Equation Model(SEM), an empirical test is made to the negative impact of intellectual property risk on innovation alliance formation performance, and the moderating effect of rapid trust on the relationship between intellectual property risk and innovation alliance formation performance. Finally, the innovation points are summarized from multiple angles and the future direction of research is alsoproposed in this paper.
