Abstract: Conceptual knowledge map can be the basis of knowledge expression. A group of subjects can participate in the building of conceptual knowledge map in a collaborative way. Firstly, this paper presents the collaborative process, and proposes a group decision-making model. Based on the bounded rationality theory, the decision-making ability and interactive communication of the subjects are analyzed. Moreover, to verify the validity of this model, the questionnaire is used to obtain simulation data, and the corresponding simulation analysis is conducted to explore the collaborative process of building conceptual knowledge map in a scientific research organization. The results indicate that it takes some time to obtain a stable collaborative result; knowledge accumulation has a positive role in promoting collaboration; collaborative results are sensitive to subjects' initial cognition. Finally, this research can provide a basis for the design of collaborative rules and system.
