The development path of business accelerators in China

Abstract: With a large number of growth start-ups graduates from the business incubators, there are lack of professional accelerated service in the new economic era, which has impacted on the process of high-tech industrialization. In recent years, China directed by Chinese S&T public policy has learned the experiences from developed countries in the world. As business accelerators have been expanding by top policy making, system innovation, and promotion from down to top, China becomes the second largest country in the world in term of the number of business accelerators. The establishment of business accelerators enables innovation service-chain to become more perfect in China, and forms a new pattern of trinity which includes business incubator, business accelerators, and science and technology parks. Therefore it provides the new power for second around venture in science and technology parks.
