Research on Fit of Teacher Team Competency in Research-oriented University——Based on the perspective of hierarchical index system

Abstract: In accordance with the idea of goal programming and 2-norm distance, a fit method of teacher team competency in research-oriented university for Hierarchical Structure is put forward, including three steps, which are cross layer identification of individual competency advantage, summary and analysis based on consensus advantage structure and team member selection. On the basis, the experience data from research-oriented university is presented to verify the effectiveness and operability of the fit method.
