Abstract: Based on the perspective of open innovation, the paper proposes the hypotheses of relationship among virtual integration network capability, knowledge resources access and innovation performance. These hypotheses are tested by using regressions analysis method with date collected from 195 enterprises. The results show that the network perception capability has a significant positive effect on network integration capability and network adaptive capability. Network integration capability and network adaptive capability have a positive influence on achieving explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge resources access and enterprises' innovation performance are significantly positive related. All the results indicate that during the integration of virtual network, only perception capability cannot bring excellent performance for enterprises. Enterprises will achieve the competitive advantage only when the perception capability, enterprise process, and enterprises' resources are unified together.
