Abstract: By analyzing the mechanism of the Deposit Refund System in the recycling market of waste electric and electronic products, the paper established the recycling-pricing models of waste electric and electronic products under two circumstances, without considering the labor opportunity cost and the opportunity cost, and compared their results. The research showed that:(1)The deposit has a significant effect to solve the overcapacity of the normal recycling equipment and to compensate for the handling cost and the opportunity cost of Labor;(2)In the case of other variables are constant values, the recycling price is higher when considering the opportunity cost of labor than that without considering the opportunity cost;(3)Under two kinds of pricing model, the relations of the recovery ratio and the recycling price in formal recycling channels is negative correlation; The more deposit paid by consumers when buying electric and electronic products, the recycling price is higher;(4)The recycling profits remain unchanged under each pricing mode, but it shows great differences between different pricing models.
