Abstract: Based on prior relevant studies on enterprise innovation culture, and taking the R&D intensity as a control variable, this paper analyzes the impact of the four elements of the synergic innovation culture (knowledge sharing, organizational innovation atmosphere, collaborative decision making, organizational change) on innovation performance, and explores the moderating effects of team cohesion on the relationship between synergic innovation culture and innovation performance of enterprises. An empirical analysis based on the questionnaire data collected from 110 manufacturing enterprises is conducted through the hierarchical regression and the results indicate that: (1) there are remarkably positive relationships between knowledge sharing, organizational innovation atmosphere, collaborative decision making, organizational change, and innovation performance; (2) the team cohesion plays a moderating role between synergic innovation culture and innovation performance. The results make up for the inadequacy of related studies, and provide guidance and reference for enterprises to promote their innovation performance.
