Abstract

Industrial technology innovation alliance is the important carrier for the industrial technology innovation and has been regarded as the key support object of state and local science and technology program. On the basis of the development background and the characteristics analysis of industrial technology innovation alliances in China, the mechanism involving science and technology program projects support innovation of industrial technology innovation alliance is revealed by use of the dissipative structure theory. Then, the industrial technology innovation alliance demands for science and technology program projects is put forward. Furthermore, the management system of science and technology program projects for industrial technology innovation alliance is designed for the purpose to provide the reference for establishing and perfecting science and technology program projects management measures of industrial technology innovation alliance.
