The opening and sharing of government information resources based on the game theory

Abstract

Abstract: The serious phenomena involving information islands and information black hole have existed in the opening and sharing process of Chinese government information resources. In order to explore the countermeasures for government information resources opening and sharing, the game relationships are analyzed from three perspectives, that is, between government departments of same level, between subordinate departments and the higher authorities, and between government and public. In addition, the related models are established. Finally, according to the three different situations, some countermeasures are put forward.
