Abstract: Harmonious educaion is a new educational concept and a new practice. Today, how to establish the harmonious educaion becomes the theoritic focus. On the basis of analysis the basic features of harmonious educaion, a basic analytical framework for harmonious educaion is established. The basic analytical framework consists of following principles, that is, putting people first as the guiding ideology, developing as the base, fair as the main clue, macroeconomic controling and market regulation as the guarantee, proceeding in an orderly way and step by step as the basic method, and bringing innovation as the power source.
