摘要： 高新区在我国的发展正方兴未艾,取得了巨大的成效,但是也面临不少问题,其中增长的方式和质量尤为引起关注。目前研究高新区的文献十分丰富,但缺乏对其增长的驱动因素和机理的研究。建立在L—R模型和经济增长基本模型基础上,本文力图填补国内对高新区增长影响因素及作用机理分析的空白,对影响我国高新区增长的因素进行了选择,并运用面板数据模型对高新区的增长方式进行了分析评价,以期找出高新区增长的一般性规律。

Abstract: The Hi-tech. zones have been developing rapidly and got great achievements in China. However, the zones are confronted with quite a lot problems, among which the patterns of economic growth and quality cause particular attention. Nowadays, there are a plenty of literatures concerning Hi-tech. zones, while most of which lack in analyzing the driving factors and mechanism for growth. Based on both the L-R model and the basic economic growth model, the author in this paper takes a new scope to study the factors and functional mechanism for the growth of the Chinese Hi-tech. Zones. The author selects the factors and uses the panel data to analyze and evaluate the growing patterns the Chinese Hi-tech. Zone, trying to find out the general law and patterns of the growth of the Hi-tech zones.
