摘要： 本文首先阐述了"中国未来20年技术预见研究"材料技术预见的背景和方法,随后对德尔菲调查结果进行了系统分析和国际比较,在此基础上探讨了材料技术预见的政策含义,并提出了若干应进一步讨论的问题。

Abstract: This paper first introduces the background and methodology of the material technology foresight, which is the sub-project belongs to the project of "Technology Foresight Research into the Future 20 Years in China". Then gives a systematic analysis and international comparison on the Delphi investigation results, based on which the paper discusses the policy implication of material technology foresight, and points out some valuable questions in the future research.
