摘要： 本文通过分析美国联邦政府科研经费的管理模式,监管方式、方法,及其成功的经验,以期为我国科研经费的监督和管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: The analysis of the supervision and administration of federal government-supported R&D fund in America was to be benefit for improvement of the supervision system of the fund in China, and this paper focused on the R&D administration model, its financial supervision type, methodology and process.
