摘要： 本文在对时间序列数据进行合理处理、参数谨慎估计的基础上，运用分布滞后模型实证分析了我国农业科研机构投资的时滞问题。结果表明，我国农业科研机构投资对农业经济增长的时滞较长，平均滞后年限为4.7年，而且种植业、畜牧业、渔业等不同行业的科研投资时滞呈现差异、对经济增长的促进作用也明显不同。对此，从不同角度分析了这种差异的原因，并从调整农业内部不同行业科研投资的比例和方向两个方面提出了相关的政策建议。

Abstract: By using the empirical method, the missing opportunity to invest in an agricultural research institute in China is analyzed. The fact that the benefits from investing in an agricultural research institute are not immediately apparent is discussed. Instead, it takes an average more than 4 years before real results are achieved. In addition, the growth rates of the crop plantation, animal husbandry, and fishery industry are all different and affect the agricultural GDP differently. Therefore, the advice of policies and strategies on the research investment proportion and the dirtction of the agricultural industries are offered.
