摘要: 中小企业是推动我国经济社会高质量发展的关键力量,但囿于资金、人才、技术等因素的制约,导致其参与大企业融通创新的积极性不高。在全社会因地制宜发展新质生产力的背景下,中小企业“精一赢家”战略能否提升其融通创新能力就成为当前实业界和学术界关注的重要问题。本文基于2011—2022年A股上市公司数据,将我国分批次实施的专精特新“小巨人”企业培育政策作为一项准自然实验,利用PSM-DID方法考察了“精一赢家”战略导向对中小企业融通创新的影响。研究发现:“精一赢家”战略显著促进了中小企业融通创新,这主要是通过缓解企业融资约束、增强信息透明度和降低经营风险的作用机制得以实现;基于TOE框架的异质性分析发现,企业数字化转型程度越高、越强调合作文化和地区社会信任度越高时,“精一赢家”战略对融通创新的促进作用越明显;对于创新初期和成长期的中小企业而言,实施“精一赢家”战略对融通创新的激励效应更强;经济后果分析表明,“精一赢家”战略导向下融通创新水平的提高有助于改善企业的市场表现。本文不仅拓展了企业融通创新影响因素和“精一赢家”战略经济后果的相关研究,更为优化制度供给以推动中小企业高质量发展提供了新的经验证据。
