Abstract: According to the survey data from 190 companies operating in South China with a structural equation modeling analysis, the synergistic effects of internal social capital, organizational culture, learning orientation, knowledge energy, and knowledge integration on technical innovation are examined. A "CCLEII" model is developed to test the synergistic effects. The result shows that learning orientation is a partial mediator in the relation between internal social capital and knowledge integration, and a full mediator in the relation between internal social capital and knowledge energy. Knowledge energy is a partial mediator in the relation between learning orientation and knowledge integration. And knowledge integration is a full mediator in the relation between internal social capital and technical innovation, between learning orientation and technical innovation, and between knowledge energy and technical innovation. The research has implications for Chinese firms aiming at increasing their performance and technical innovation capability.
