Abstract: The relationship between entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises and organizational performance is the most predominant research agenda in the field of corporate entrepreneurship. However, there are no consistent research conclusions on the relationship between them among different studies. The relevant studies in the period of 1983-2009 from some important journals in some major academic databases are collected, also including a study published in 2010. On the basis of 30 quantitative studies which meet the needs of the meta-analysis, the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises and organizational performance is synthetically analyzed by means of meta-analysis method, and the results indicate that there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises and organizational performance. Then the variables which potentially moderate the relationship between them are also explored. At last, the future orientations to study the issues of entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises are given.
