The dynamic impacts of enterprises’ technological capabilityimprovement on technological learning rate

Abstract: Enterprises’ continuous competitive advantage is benefit from high effective technological learning. The impact of technological capability potential energy and technological capability potential energy gap on technological learning are analyzed, and an effect model of technological capability improvement on technological learning is developed based on the theory of system dynamics, the model analyzes the active process of technological capability improvement on technological learning. Also, the dynamic impacts of enterprises’ technological capability improvement on technological learning rate are simulated. The result indicates that a negative impact on technological learning rate would be generated when the growth of technological capability is slowdown; and readjusting technological capability potential energy gap at an appropriate opportunity would prolong and increase the efficiency of technological learning rate. The conclusion could provide the reference for exploring available technological capability to acquire the best learning effects for enterprises.
