The concept of enterprise knowledge integration capability was analyzed first, then its architecture model was built up and measurement scale was developed according to Churchill's paradigm. Reliability and validity of the scale was also tested based on an empirical study. The result shows that the measurement scale has good reliability and validity; it can not only provide a measurement framework for the future academic research in theory, but also provide a benchmark for enterprises to improve knowledge integration capability and support the process and assessment of enterprise knowledge integration capability in practice.
